The process can take a little time, but it always goes through. I made a mistake once and sent to a wrong address without a refund address set. I reached out to support and was able to get my crypto back. There are several swap sites, but I like SimpleSwap enough to keep using it.
There were a couple of coins I couldn't find on other platforms, but here they were available. The app itself is simple to use: you just pick what you want to swap and go.
I've used their services multiple times and every exchange was successful. Watch out for sites that try to mimic this one; the .io domain is the genuine SimpleSwap.
