Fixed vs Floating
Every swap uses one of two pricing models, chosen before you confirm.
Fixed rate
Locks the price for 20 minutes. You know exactly what you'll receive if your deposit arrives within the window, at the cost of a slightly wider spread. Best when certainty matters more than squeezing out a marginally better deal, especially in a volatile market.
Floating rate
Reflects real-time market pricing at the moment of execution rather than at quote time. The final amount can vary slightly in either direction, and the spread is typically narrower than the fixed-rate option.
